Originating in Cypress, Texas, College-Bound Students’ Services (CBS) began with a high school boy, a lawn mower, and a dream in 1988. After more than twenty years, millions of dollars in annual sales, and expansion into all areas of landscape irrigation installation and repair, landscaping, outdoor lighting, and swimming pool construction we remember how it all started.
